Our Lead Editor got her start in the "real world" at 18 as an iconic scantily clad waitress serving hot wings. Years later, she became a successful skincare entrepreneur featured in Readers Digest and Urban Outfitters. In 2014, She was a winner and recipient of the Ked's Brave Life Project grant, a program that awarded 50 young female entrepreneurs for their bravery and tenacity. She's an advocate for the rights of earth-side children, people of all races, LGBTQIA+, the disabled, and all women. She believes in harnessing our true power through our perceived personal weaknesses. Among other things, Megan considers herself a feminist, bisexual, a devoted wife, an artist, a poet, a secular mystic, a gardener, and a herbalist. She currently lives on the Northshore of Louisiana with her husband and two fur babies.
